These Terms of Service govern your use of protections.help and the fund recovery consulting services provided by Ashgrove Capital Partners Limited ("Protections.help", "we", "us", "our"). By using our site or submitting a case inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Protections.help provides financial recovery consulting and case management, including case evaluation, investigation support, regulatory complaint filing, chargeback facilitation, and coordination with legal partners. Our services do not constitute legal advice. Where legal representation is required, we coordinate with qualified legal partners on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or older with legal capacity to enter binding agreements. Services are unavailable where prohibited by applicable law.

3. No Upfront Fees

We operate on a success-fee basis. No upfront fees are charged for case evaluation. Our fee is a percentage of successfully recovered funds, as set out in your service agreement. No fee is payable if no recovery is achieved.

4. No Guarantee of Recovery

We cannot guarantee a successful outcome. Recovery success depends on factors outside our control, including third-party actions, jurisdictional limitations, asset availability, and cooperation of financial institutions and regulators.

5. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Promptly supply requested documentation or evidence
  • Cooperate fully with our team and legal partners
  • Notify us promptly of any relevant case developments
  • Not engage other recovery services for the same claim without our written consent

6. Confidentiality

We treat all case information as strictly confidential and disclose it only as described in our Privacy Policy or as necessary to pursue your recovery (e.g., to regulators, legal partners, or financial institutions).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Protections.help or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution requires our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protections.help is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms, provision of false information, or unlawful conduct. Fees for work already performed may become payable upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under HKIAC rules.

11. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
